Die Makroglobulinämie

Zusammenfassung

Die erste Beschreibung eines besonderen klinischen Syndroms verbunden mit Vermehrung eines hochmolekularen Makroglobulins im Serum mit einer Sedimentationskonstante von 19—20 S20 wurde von K. O. Pedersen und dem Verfasser in Schweden gegeben (Pedersen 1945, Waldenström 1944 und 1948). Seither mehren sich die Befunde aus allen Teilen der Welt, so daß bis jetzt etwa 100 Fälle mit sicherem Nachweis von Makroglobulin im Blut mit der Ultrazentrifuge bekannt sind. Davon sind einige Beobachtungen nicht mit Einzelheiten publiziert. Ich habe aber versucht sie alle zusammenzustellen und gewisse Data zu bearbeiten.
