Zusammenfassung
Die klinische Diagnose von Unterfunktionszuständen des Hypophysenvorder-lappens ist gegenwärtig noch recht begrenzt. Oft werden diese Zustände übersehen. Dies geschieht auch häufig dann, wenn es sich um klinisch und pathogenetisch besser umschriebene Krankheitsbilder handelt, wie etwa das Sheehan-Syndrom.
