Zusammenfassung

Seit den Arbeiten von Guleke, H. Müller sowie Schmieden u. Sebening ist die Chirurgie der Pankreascysten nicht mehr eingehend bearbeitet worden. Dabei hat sich in den letzten 25 Jahren ein Wandel insoferne vollzogen, als die klassische Methode der Marsupialisation mehr und mehr von den verschiedenen Modifikationen der inneren Drainage verdrängt wird. Es liegen zwar sehr viele Einzelbeobachtungen vor, doch fehlt eine zusammenfassende Darstellung, und außerdem ist die Literatur sehr zerstreut und teilweise schwer zugänglich. Insofern erscheint eine erneute Bearbeitung des gesamten Fragenkomplexes gerechtfertigt.
