Zusammenfassung

In den letzten Jahren sind zahlreiche zusammenfassende Darstellungen über die mannigfaltigen Wirkungen des ACTH-Nebennierenrindensystems veröffentlicht worden, so daß es mir überflüssig erscheint, darüber noch eine Übersicht zu geben (1–12). Daher will ich hier nur einige der wichtigsten Diskussionsfragen über die Stoffwechselwirkungen des ACTH-Nebennierenrindensystems, die von allgemeinem Interesse sind, kurz streifen, nämlich jene, die sich auf den anorganischen und organischen Stoffwechsel beziehen. Am Schluß soll eine eigene Arbeitshypothese über die Wirkungsweise der Nebennierenrindensteroide entwickelt werden.
