Die Autoallergie in der Pathogenese der diffusen Glomerulonephritis

Zusammenfassung

Klinische und experimentelle Beobachtungen der letzten Jahre haben einerseits auf die engen pathogenetischen Beziehungen zwischen der hämatogenen Nierenentzündung (NE) und dem akuten Gelenkrheumatismus hingewiesen, auf der anderen Seite für beide Formen der sog. Infektionsallergien die Möglichkeit eines von den bisherigen Anschauungen abweichenden Mechanismus offenbar werden lassen. Seither nahmen wir an, daß die Schädigung des Organs aus einer Reaktion zwischen bakteriellem Antigen und spezifischem Antikörper, der zuvor am Gewebe des Schockorgans fixiert wurde, bei der neuerlichen Zufuhr des ersteren resultiere, es sich also um eine dem Arthus-Phänomen vergleichbare Reaktion handeln würde. Nach den neueren Anschauungen soll die Entzündung des betroffenen Gewebes durch organspezifische Auto- bzw. Isoantikörper hervorgerufen werden, die mit dem durch die Keimeinwirkung körperfremd gewordenen Organeiweiß eine Autoantigen-Antikörper-Reaktion eingehen, mit anderen Worten, die Antikörper dem im Gewebe sitzenden Antigen zugeführt werden.
