Die Totalluxation des Talus und ihre Vorstufen

Zusammenfassung

Der Zweck dieser Arbeit ist es, an Hand der eigenen Fälle von Luxatio tali totalis (Lt totalis) und ihrer Vorstufen die Behandlungsergebnisse der verschiedenen Luxationsformen, der geschlossenen und offenen Verrenkungen, der blutig und konservativ reponierten geschlossenen Fälle miteinander zu vergleichen. Ferner sollen die Ursachen der Irreponibilität operativ eingerichteter Fälle festgestellt werden. Weiters soll der bis zum heutigen Tage mit den verschiedensten Theorien umstrittene Entstehungsmechanismus dieser Verrenkung geklärt werden. Schließlich sollen die in der erreichbaren Weltliteratur publizierten Fälle vergleichsweise betrachtet werden und die ungefähre Frequenz dieser Verletzung ermittelt werden.
