Zusammenfassung
Die Landwehr greift mehrfach in die Frage nach dem Organisationsgesetz so ein, daß ich sie schließlich als Incidentpunkt noch berühren möchte. Ich nehme dabei an, daß die Mehrzahl der fachverständigen Militairs sich in dieser Frage auf die Seite der „Reorganisation“ stellt.
