Bei einer Reihe von neurologischen Erkrankungen, bei denen eine Auto-immunpathogenese belegt ist oder vermutet wird, wurden IVIg versuchsweise eingesetzt Für alle hier kurz zusammengefassten Darstellungen gilt, dass es sich jeweils nur um kleine offene Serien oder aber um Einzelfallbeobachtungen handelt. Eine gesicherte Indikation für den Einsatz von IVIg stellt keines der hier besprochenen Krankheitsbilder dar.
