Zusammenfassung
In der Zwischenzeit sind eine Vielzahl von laparoskopischen Instrumenten auf dem Markt gebracht worden. Ein Überblick hierzu würde den Sinn verfehlen und den Umfang des vorliegenden Buches sprengen. Täglich kommen neue Instrumente bzw. Modifikationen bereits vorhandener sowohl als resterilisierbare als auch als Einmal-Artikel hinzu. Charakteristisch für die laparoskopische Chirurgie ist, daß mit einer möglichst geringen Zahl von kleinen Zugängen gearbeitet werden muß. Die folgende Übersicht orientiert sich an einer Zusammenstellung von Brune aus dem Jahr 1993, die in der vorliegenden Form auch heute noch Gültigkeit hat (1).
