Zusammenfassung

Das Gesundheitsstrukturgesetz (GSG) vom 21.12.1992 und in seiner Folge und Ergänzung die Bundespflegesatzverordnung (BPflV) 1995 vom 26.09.1994 haben die deutsche Gesundheits- und Krankenhauslandscharft drastisch verändert. Im folgenden will ich darstellen, welche Auswirkungen das GSG auf ein Krankenhaus und hier speziell auf ein Universitätsklinikum hat, sowie die Möglichkeiten und Notwendigkeiten der Umsetzung des GSG erläutern.
