Intratumorale Injektion von ð-ALA — Eine neue Methode zur photodynamischen Therapie von Karzinomen?

Zusammenfassung

Die Photodynamische Therapie (PDT) ist eine neue klinisch experimentelle Behandlungsmethode von verschiedenen malignen Tumoren. Zur Therapie wird ein Photosensi-bilisator (z.B. Photofrin) systemisch appliziert. Nachteil dieser Methode ist die transiente Hautsensibilisierung sowie der langsame Metabolismus dieser Substanzen im Körper. Die lokale Applikation von δ-Aminolävulinsäure (δ-ALA) bietet eine Alternative zur systemischen Verabreichung eines Photosensibilisators für die PDT.
