Abstract
The endolaser therapy started in 1987 when I cooperated with an optic engineer V. Rechitsky in Moscow to design special endoapplicators that will allow different organs irradiation with He-Ne laser light. We worked out together a concept and design of such tools. The first version was manufactured in Moscow Center of Medical Electronics “RAMIT” in 1987. Since then I started clinical research and then practical application of transrectal prostatic He-Ne irradiation first in the National Andrology Center in Moscow, then since 1991 in Frankfurt. At first I worked in a private andrology clinic Holzhausenpark, then since October 1992 launched private Frankfurt Therapy Institute.
