Zusammenfassung
Spezifische Therapien können nur dann ihre Wirksamkeit entfalten, wenn die entsprechende Indikadon gegeben ist. Die richüge Diagnose ist deshalb Grundvoraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Therapie (Kap. 4). Die Diagnose der Migräne ist mit den operaüonalisierten diagnostischen Kriterien der Internationalen Kopfschmerzgesellschaft (International Headache Society, IHS) (Kap.5) trennscharf zu stellen [9]. Ob diese Kriterien erfüllt sind, läßt sich im Anamnesegespräch analysieren. Zusätzlich kann die Erfassung der Kopfschmerzphänomenologie durch ein Computerprogramm objektiv nachvollzogen werden (Kap. 6). Hierbei läßt sich die Befragung des Paüenten standardisiert auf der Basis der Kriterien der internationalen Kopfschmerzklassifikation durchführen [5].
