Zusammenfassung

Bei der klinischen Anwendung der Hämodilution stimmen die Aderlaßintervalle mit theoretisch vorherberechneten gut überein [180, 182, 184, 187]. Somit ist normalerweise mit einer mäßiggradig gesteigerten Hämoglobinsynthese zu rechnen. Nachfolgend werden einige klinische Anwendungsbeobachtungen mit der Hämodilution beschrieben, bei denen der Zielhämatokrit 40 % betrug.
