Computerized Nursing Care Plan

In Finland nursing documentation has no established forms, and the nursing vocabulary is not unified, but agreement has been reached about the nursing process model as a structure of the nursing care plan. This paper describes the computerization of the nursing care plan based on the nursing process model.
