Einsatz von Prostaglandin F2α bei ektopen Schwangerschaften

Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenz der ektopen Schwangerschaften hat eine steigende Tendenz. Betrug sie bisher etwa 1%, so ist sie heute auf 2% aller Schwangerschaften angestiegen. In ursächlichem Zusammenhang damit dürfte das verstärkte Auftreten von Adnexitiden, Sterihtätsoperationen mit Rekonstruktion der Eileiter, größere Anzahl von Unterbauchoperationen, Zunahme der Sterilitätsbehandlungen sowie zunehmende Verbreitung von IUD’s stehen.
