Zusammenfassung

Schon die laparoskopische Durchführbarkeit etlicher gynäkologischer Operationen bedeutet für die betroffenen Patientinnen eine erhebliche Reduzierung des Risikos und der Erschwernisse aus derartigen Maßnahmen.
