Zusammenfassung

Die nichtinvasive Berechnung quantitativer Flußparameter stellt eine der größten Herausforderungen der Duplexsonographie dar und ist richtungsweisend für die Zukunft dieses Untersuchungsverfahrens. Dabei ist die Berechnung der Blutflußgeschwindigkeit, und des Blutflußvolumens (s. Kap. 1.6) bzw. einiger semiquantitativer Parameter (s. Kap. 4.1) möglich, wobei hier noch einmal zusammenfassend auf ihre Wertigkeit eingegangen werden soll.
