Zusammenfassung
Die genaue Kenntnis der anatomischen Verhältnisse des Splanchnikusgefäßsy-stems ist für die Dokumentation und Interpretation der Doppler-Kurven von entscheidender Bedeutung (Abb. 3.1). Die V. portae verläuft im Lig. hepatoduodenal und wird dort links ventral von der A. hepatica communis und rechts ventral vom Ductus choledochus begleitet. Für die Untersuchung der V. portae sollte ein standardisiertes Untersuchungsverfahren gewählt werden. Der Schallkopf wird auf den rechten Oberbauch des Patienten aufgesetzt, wobei dieser aufgefordert wird, nach mäßiger Inspiration den Atem anzuhalten (dies ist nur bei größeren Kindern möglich). Es wird die V. portae in ihrer Längsrichtung angeschnitten und das Meßvolumen so in das Gefäß piaziert, daß möglichst der gesamte Gefäßdurchmesser von diesem eingenommen wird. Durch minimales Neigen des Schallkopfs kann das Meßvolumen in die optimale Position gebracht werden, so daß ein störungsfreies Signal abgeleitet werden kann (Abb. 3.2).
