Zusammenfassung
Die verschiedenen intraabdominellen Gefäße zeigen ein unterschiedliches Strömungsprofil, aufgrund dessen die Zuordnung zu einem bestimmten Gefäßsystem teilweise möglich ist (Abb. 2.1). Das Wandfilter sollte bei der Darstellung arterieller Gefäße zwischen 100 und 200 Hz, bei der Darstellung venöser Gefäße möglichst niedrig, d. h. bei 50 Hz eingestellt werden, um Bewegungsartefakte der Gefäßwand, und der angrenzenden Organe auszuschalten [7]. Aufgrund der engen Nachbarschaft vieler Gefäße ist es günstig, das Meß-volumen möglichst klein, z. B. bei 1,5 mm Längenausdehnung, einzustellen.
