Zusammenfassung

Die Duplexsonographie hat als bildgebendes Verfahren in der Pädiatrie in den letzten Jahren immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnen. Der rasche technologische Fortschritt gab dem untersuchenden Arzt ein komplexes Spektrum neuer diagnostischer Möglichkeiten an die Hand, welche teilweise der Angiographie, die noch immer als Goldstandard angesehen wird, Konkurrenz machen und diese partiell sogar erübrigen wird.
