Zusammenfassung
Aus gutem Grund steht hinter dem Titel dieses Referats ein Fragezeichen. Denn die neuroleptische Langzeitmedikation hat sich in einer Vielzahl von kontrollierten prospektiven Studien als sehr gut rezidivprophylaktisch wirksam und allen anderen Methoden in dieser Hinsicht als überlegen erwiesen (s. auch Möller, in diesem Band).
