Zusammenfassung

Im Gegensatz zur abdominellen CT-Untersuchung, die eine schnelle Messung während Atemstillstand erlaubt, wird die abdominelle Kernspintomographie bei vielen Sequenzen durch deutlich längere Akquisitionszeiten behindert. Multi-Slice-Spin-Echo-Untersuchungen benötigen üblicherweise mehrere Minuten. Atembewegungen stellen so bei weitem den wichtigsten Faktor dar, der Bildqualität und Auflösung beeinträchtigt.
