Abstract

An Expert System (MECHANO) has been developed for collecting, controlling, and categorising phono-mechanocardiographic data for a given patient and making a noninvasive cardiac diagnosis. The aim of our study is to investigate the process of knowledge acquisition and expert system organisation from the domain experts.
