Abstract
In the application of lasers to dentistry a deep understanding of the histological changes of pulps in lased teeth is very important not only from the viewpoint of safety but also from the aspect of the possibility of developing some epoch making dental therapies1)-3). The author has examined experimentally the histological changes in the pulp tissues of rat teeth over a long period after exposure to various kinds of lasers, and has found an interesting phenomenon.
