Summary
The influence of the Hd:YAG laser beam per-laparotomiam was carried out on intact rat. pregnancies at the age of about 12 to 15 days (laser power 55 W, laser mode continuous wave, impact time 2 to 4 s, Nd:YAG laser “mediLas 2”)» Several groups were formed, dependent on time-distance between the hysterectomy and the Nd:YAG laser influence. The in-situ evaluation was performed by means of magnifying glasses. The histological examination of the extirpated uteri was refered to following criterions: placental heterolysis, fetal autolysis, alteration of the uterine wall area, state of the uterine lumen.
The experimental study was the basis for the translaparoscopic Hd:YAG laser coagulation as a conservatively surgical therapy in case of unruptured isthmic resp. isthmo-ampullary tubal pregnancy.
