Abstract
The morphological peculiarities of laser wounds healing have been studied in experiments on 300 dogs(18–24kg)and on bioptats from different organs and tissues — 3000 surgical interventions:abdominal, suppurative, plastic surgeries,as well as on liver and pancreas in terms 1day-6months after laser irradiance. Surgical manipulations were performed with CO2laser surgical devices (wave length 10.6mkm;25, 100Wt).It was found out that the optimal power density in CO2laser beam for cutting tissues is 3×103Wt/cm2.Hemostatic mechanism of Nd-YAG laser irradiation (1.06mkm,50Wt) and argon laser irradiation (0.48–0.514mkm,6Wt) have been studied in the experiment on 40 dogs and on 250 gastrobiopsies at different terms after the endoscopic stoppage of acute hemorrhages from the stomach in 108 patients — for this procedure laser photocoagulator on the argon laser base(“Spectra-Physics”USA)was with outlet power 1.0 to 120 Wt.To investigate the material morphologically pieces of tissue were imbedded in paraffin slices made in microtome with 6mkm thickness were stained with hematoxyline and eosine, picrofuchsine, the PAS-reaction by McManus and others were performed.
