Zusammenfassung

Biologisch aktive Steuerfaktoren, zu denen auch die Interferone gezählt werden, entfalten ihre Wirkung auf definierte Zielzellen über Schlüsselprozesse. Ihr Wirkspektrum ist entsprechend eng. Die Non Hodgkin-Lymphome bilden andererseits eine breite, vielgestaltige Gruppe. Ein Ansprechen auf biologische Mediatoren kann daher nur für einzelne Non Hodgkin-Lymphome erwartet werden.
