Zusammenfassung

Die Methodik und Mittel zur Leistungsdiagnostik von Ruderern haben sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten stetig weiterentwickelt. Neben Fahrrad- und Laufbandergome-trie werden ruder- sowie auch spiroergometrische Belastungsverfahren im Ruderbek-ken verwendet [1,2,10], Untersuchungen werden aber auch auf dem Wasser im Boot durchgeführt [5, 91.
