Abstract

The Characterization Frame to be used for the description of General Practice Office Information Systems is a frame-like structured form that must be filled up with a set of selected system characteristics, in order to give a clear description of a particular computer system. This can help the technically unskilled practitioner in matching a system with his own needs.
