Das Thema elektive Eingriffe in der Gynäkologie löst auf den ersten Blick Verwunderung aus: man weiß nicht so recht, was gemeint sein soll. Und doch ist es nützlich, daß dieses Thema überhaupt erst einmal in Worte gekleidet und damit zur Diskussion gestellt wurde. Doch warum stellt der Gynäkologe die elektiven Eingriffe zur Diskussion? Beunruhigt ihn etwas?
