Scaling of Cluster Aggregation

Abstract

The model of kinetic clustering of clusters (short CA for cluster aggregation) is introduced, its properties are briefly discussed and related to the experiments. Recent developments then are presented: simplifying features in high dimensions, gelation as described by CA, the role of reaction kinetics (chemically limited aggregation), effects due to the readjustment of the clusters, and anisotropy and corrections to scaling related to the growth mechanism.
