Abstract

Some important conclusions may be drawn from the results described in the preceding chapters. They deal with the approach to the assignment process, the use of orientation models for interpretation of LD spectra, the theoretical description of the lower electronic transitions in planar organic molecules, and with the possible new applications of information obtained by MCD spectroscopy.
