Abstract
A decision-making technique for the resources—limited object, interacting with a number of independent objects, is presented. Situation information given in a natural language, as well as criteria and restrictions, contain fuzzy elements. The state evaluation is made using fuzzy scales and plans. The use of the results in applications to some management and medical systems is discussed.
