Résumé

Un modèle mathématique décrivant l’écoulement dans un système de bronches élastiques et une méthode de calcul permettant de décrire l’asynchronisme non séquentiel dans une représentation multi-alvéolaire sont présentés. On détermine ainsi pour diverses valeurs des coefficients définissant l’élasticité en tout point du système, les variations possibles du calibre bronchique. Les notions classiques de collapsus, de point d’égale pression, etc., dans cette description dynamique du système poumon-fluide au cours de l’expiration forcée, sont ainsi précisées.
