Résumé
During the growth of the folliculum, small enclavec develop in the inside of the granulosa, and progressily cluster together into a larger lacuna, called the antrum.
For a biologist, it turns out to be difficult to appreciate the begining of this process. However one must do it if one wants to study the role of hormous in folliculum growth.
We used the size distribution by bi-dimensionnal openings (notion taken from the theory of mathematical morphology), in order to accurately quantify the coming out of the antrum.
