Résumé

Pendant longtemps, la seule altération histologique décrite dans les muscles myathéniques fut la présence d’infiltrats lymphocytaires [44] que Buzzard [7] nomma «lymphorrhages». L’atteinte du tussu contractile proprement dit, occasionnellement mentionnée [1, 2, 19], fut analysée par Rüssel [33] qui détaille trois types de lésions histologiques allant de l’atrophie simple de certaines fibres musculaires isolées ou groupées (type III) à la nécrose focale avec phagocytose de fibres isolées (type I), pouvant aboutir à la formation d’un lymphorrhage (type II).
