Aspects of the Biology of the Animal Cell Secretion

Abstract

This review will deal mainly with some aspects regarding the activity of protein secreting cells. Mucous secretions, recently subject of a symposium [51], and lipid secretion will not be considered. There is no intention to cover exhaustively the literature, but a deliberate effort to discuss provocative and developing problems will be made.
