Als Anaphylaxie= Schutzlosigkeit wird seit Portier u. Richet (1902) eine durch „künstliche“ Präparierung (Sensibilisierung) erworbene gesteigerte Empfindlichkeit gegenüber einem Antigen (Anaphylactogen) bezeichnet.
