Abstract
While atrophizing sclerosis of the cerebellar cortex as a sequel to other pathological events is familiar in man, there are comparatively few reports of similar conditions in the lower animals, though they are known to occur (Frauchiger and Fankhauser 1957); and Fankhauser (1961) has observed cases of severe cortical cerebellar atrophy in cats and calves associated with inflammatory processes and their residua.
