Die Vielfalt vasculärer hämorrhagischer Diathesen macht eine Begrenzung des Themas auf die spätprognostisch wichtigsten Formen notwendig. Es werden daher die Purpura Schönlein-Henoch und die ihr äußerlich ähnlichen Bilder, die Purpura hyperglobulinaemica, dys- und paraproteinaemica herausgegriffen.
