Zusammenfassung

In der Klinik werden die konzentrativen Nierenleistungen und ihre Defekte bisher im wesentlichen unter qualitativen Aspekten betrachtet, die sich methodisch auf die Bestimmung der maximalen Verdünnungs- und Konzentrationsleistung im Volhardschen Wasser- und Durst-Versuch beschränken. Auf den Verdünnungsversuch wird dabei allerdings wegen seiner unkontrollierbaren Abhängigkeit von extrarenalen Einflüssen heute meist verzichtet (Lit. s. b. Bock und Krecke, 1957).

Die Untersuchungen wurden mit Unterstützung der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft durchgeführt.
