Zusammenfassung
Da ein hochwertiges Fernsehprogramm nur mit recht erheblichem Kostenaufwand dargestellt werden kann, muß es aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen möglichst vielen Sendezentren gleichzeitig zugeführt werden. Die Fernsehsignale müssen also über die meist großen Entfernungen zwischen den Sendezentren übertragen werden. Von den Übertragungswegen muß man fordern, daß sie die Signale ohne wesentliche Verzerrungen und Störungen fortzuleiten gestatten, so daß sie überall in gleicher Güte ausgestrahlt werden können.
