Zusammenfassung

Es ist eine bekannte Tatsache, daß viele Erkrankungen der Haut bloß Symptome einer Allgemeinerkrankung darstellen. Außer diesen symptomatischen Hautkrankheiten gibt es aber auch eine große Reihe selbständiger, sog. idiopathischer Erkrankungen der Haut. Beide Gruppen, die symptomatischen wie die idiopathischen Hautläsionen, setzen außer der Hauteruption auch Erscheinungen auf der Schleimhaut der Mund- und Rachenhöhle. Ja es kommt gar nicht selten vor, daß gewisse Erkrankungen der Haut gelegentlich sich bloß auf der Schleimhaut vorfinden, während die Haut überhaupt nicht erkrankt. Es können somit auf den Schleimhäuten einer Hautkrankheit entsprechende Erkrankungen isoliert entstehen, die dann für den Laryngologen ein erhöhtes Interesse gewinnen.
