Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe des beschriebenen Testobjektes war es möglich die Bedeutung der gonadotropen Hypophysenvorderlappenhormone für den Organismus zu studieren. Wollte man ein Gewebe auf das Vorhandensein an HVH prüfen, so wurde es der infantilen Maus oder Ratte implantiert und nach 100 bzw. 120 Stunden die Reaktion am Sexualapparat abgelesen. Flüssigkeiten wurden den Tieren direkt injiziert. Das von mir gefundene Testobjekt hat der Hypophysenforschung, wie ich jetzt sagen darf, einen neuen Impuls gegeben, da es nunmehr möglich war, in exakter Weise und in kurzer Zeit den Beweis für das Vorhandensein der gonadotropen Hormone zu erbringen. Die Forschungsergebnisse der letzten 9 Jahre beruhen auf diesem Testobjekt.
