Zusammenfassung

Sobald bei einer Erkrankung der Verdacht besteht, daß sie eine allergische Grundlage haben könnte, empfiehlt sich folgendes Vorgehen:

  1. 1.

    Das Wichtigste ist zunächst eine sehr exakt geführte Anamnese über die Auslösbarkeit der Erkrankung durch bestimmte Stoffe, Allergene, seien diese nun stomachal aufgenommen, inhaliert oder auf andere Weise dem Körper einverleibt. Welche Stoffe für die einzelnen Erkrankungen eine besondere Rolle spielen, ist in den betreffenden Abschnitten zu finden.

  2. 2.

    Man achte auf Eosinophilie, vgl. Kapitel VI.

  3. 3.

    (Man untersuche auf hämoklasische Krise, vgl. Kapitel VII.)

  4. 4.

    Man stelle mit Extrakten von Allergenen, die ätiologisch verdächtig sind, Hautreaktionen an.
