Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung der Knochenbrüche ist schon seit Jahren eine Frage von größtem Interesse auch in der chirurgischen Literatur. Die Anforderungen an ihre Erfolge sind mit der Unfallgesetzgebung ungeheuer gewachsen; die Kritik derselben ist durch, die Röntgenstrahlen in ganz andere Bahnen gelenkt. Seit dieser Zeit ist die Verbesserung der Verfahren, die Belehrung der Ärzte in der Frakturbehandlung nicht zur Ruhe gekommen. Kurse über Kurse sind von zahlreichen praktischen Ärzten an der Quelle gehört; Anstalten, welche früher für die Frakturen wenig Interesse erübrigten, sind aufgerüttelt worden.
