Zusammenfassung

Konnte in den Zellen von Azotobacter cliroococcum nicht nachgewiesen werden1. - In den Tuberkelbacillen 4, 1%2. In Pilzen3. In dem Plasmodium von Reti- cularia lycoperdon 15,24% 4. In Starkhefen und Schnellhefen der Bäckerei5. In Phormi- dium laminosum6. Nicht vorhanden in den heterotrophen Phanerogamen7. Im Entoderm von Hydra viridis und Hydra fusca8. In der Flüssigkeit von Echinococcus multilocularis und E. unilocularis9. Bei den verschiedenen marinen Mollusken von der pazifischen Küste fehlte Glykogen in den Portpflanzungsorganen10. Die Feststellung, daß Glykogen im Crustaceen- muskel nur während des Schalenwechsels zu finden sei, wird widerlegt. Bei den weichschaligen Arten ist der Glykogengehalt geringer als bei den hartschaligen11. Der Glykogengehalt der Muskulatur von Schleien (Tinea vulgaris) ist im Winter größer als im Sommer. Der Eierstock von Schleien enthält, auf 100 g Körpergewicht berechnet, im Sommer etwa 3 mal soviel Glykogen wie im Winter. Bei Karpfen und Hechten bleibt der Glykogengehalt während des Winters ziemlich konstant12. Der Gehalt an Glykogen eines frisch gefangenen Schellfisches war 0, 16% bei 0,17% Milchsäure13. Bei Winterfröschen ist in der frischen Substanz des Zentralnervensystems 1-1, 4% Glykogen, bei Sommerfröschen 0, 1 bzw. 0, 2%14. Glykogengehalt im Verlauf der Ontogenese des Frosches und unter dem Saisoneinfluß15. In der Retina des Frosches findet sich Glykogen im Paraboloid der Nebenzapfen der Doppelzapfen. Dieses Glykogen ist homogen, kolloidal gelöst. Ferner findet sich Glykogen in der äußeren Körnerschicht, der Henleschen Faserschicht. Dieses Glykogen ist in seiner Menge von dem Ernährungszustande des Tieres abhängig, während das Retinaglykogen durch Licht und Ernährung nicht beeinflußt wird16. Es wurden die physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften des glykogenischen Körpers des lumbosakralen Rückenmarks der Vögel untersucht. Der Körper enthält 32% Glykogen und 60% Wasser. Die Zellen enthalten Glykogen als dünnflüssige Lösung, die bei Zellverletzung ausfließt17. Im Kochextrakt der Seiwalleber 1%18.
