Zusammenfassung

Nachweis und Bestimmung: Gummistoffe lassen sich in Nahrungsmitteln nachweisen, indem man mit Essigsäure und Tannin erst die Eiweißstoffe entfernt, aus dem Filtrat die Gummistoffe mit dem doppelten Raumteil Aceton ausfällt1).
