Zusammenfassung
Unter „Idiosynkrasie“ versteht man einen unter natürlichen Lebensbedingungen auftretenden abnormen Zustand gesteigerter und qualitativ geänderter Reaktivität, der nach der Einverleibung bestimmter Stoffe (der „alislösenden Substanzen“) in Form besonderer krankhafter Erscheinungen (der „idiosynkrasischen Reaktionen“) manifest wird; von der chemischen Beschaffenheit und der physiologischen Wirkungsweise der auslösenden Substanzen ist der klinische Typus der ausgelösten Störungen vollkommen unabhängig [R. Doebb (2–7)].
